The Agents view gains a Codex-style environment surface, and the CLI tab strip is restyled to match it. Cross-platform.

Added

• An environment card in the Agents view. It carries a per-repository git branch picker (a live-filtered, focus-trapped search field that also names a new branch) and an external-editor selector that reuses the same editor list and logos as the General settings tab. The card is scoped to the active thread's working directory, so project threads and free chats can each point at their own repository.
• A full-width bottom terminal dock in the Agents view, toggled from the environment toolbar. It hosts a tab strip of shell terminals: open as many as you like with +, close each one independently, and drag the dock's top edge to resize it. Every terminal is a real PTY whose scrollback and I/O survive tab switches and closing or reopening the dock, so coming back is always warm.
• A right-side git diff dock in the Agents view. It renders an off-thread diff snapshot for the active thread's working directory, with a unified or side-by-side split view, per-file fold state that survives re-renders, and an uncommitted-files count surfaced from git diff --shortstat.

Changed

• The CLI multiplexer's terminal tabs are now floating, rounded chips instead of full-height bordered tabs. The active chip lifts on a whisper of the text color, inactive chips wash in on hover, and the chrome separators are gone, so the strip melts into the terminal body and speaks the same tab language as the new Agents bottom dock.
